T-Bone Steak with Garlic Butter Tenderstem® broccoli
Method

Dice the potatoes into cubes, toss in some olive oil, salt and pepper and roast in the oven at 200°C for 30-35 minutes until golden and brown.

For the garlic butter: Slightly soften 1 tbsp of butter and stir the minced garlic and chopped parsley through to fully combine. Refrigerate again to solidify the butter.

Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a frying pan and add the T-bone steak (seasoned with salt & pepper) to the searing hot pan. For a medium cooked steak, leave to sear for 2-3 minutes per side and remove from the pan to rest for 2 minutes after.

Blanch the Tenderstem® broccoli in a pot of boiling water for 20-30 seconds and transfer straight from that pot to a frying pan with 1 tsp of the garlic butter. Lightly fry to coat the Tenderstem® in the garlic butter.

Serve the steak with a tsp of the garlic butter, roasted potatoes and the side dish of the garlic butter Tenderstem® broccoli.
