Simple garlic, chilli and lemon Tenderstem® broccoli side dish

In a frying pan, heat the oil and fry the Tenderstem® broccoli over a medium to high heat until nearly soft – this takes about 1 minute.

Lower the heat, add the sliced garlic and chilli and cook until the garlic is turning slightly brown.

Add the lemon juice and serve with salt and pepper to taste.
