Easy Chinese-inspired Tenderstem® broccoli side dish
Method

Boil or steam the Tenderstem® broccoli until tender.

Gently fry the garlic and ginger in the groundnut oil until softened.

Add the oyster and soy sauces and warm through.

Add the cooked Tenderstem® broccoli and toss to coat in the sauce

Serve garnished with the coriander.
