Blanched Tenderstem® broccoli with a cranberry and maple butter and toasted almonds
Method

Bring a saucepan of water to a rolling boil (large bubbles with the water boiling continuously).

Meanwhile, melt the butter in a frying pan over a medium low heat, add the dried cranberries and maple syrup, turn down the heat and let the sweet flavours muddle together.

Blanche the Tenderstem® broccoli in the boiling water for 3-4 minutes until tender. Drain the Tenderstem® broccoli then add it to the frying pan with the flavoured butter. Mix well then leave to one side and keep warm.

In a dry frying pan over a medium high heat, toast the almonds for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.

Scatter the almonds on top of the sweet buttery Tenderstem® broccoli and serve.
