Tenderstem® broccoli hoisin vegetable stir-fry
Method

In a hot wok or frying pan, add the sesame oil and lightly fry off the onion, garlic and ginger. When aromatic, add in the carrot, bell pepper and mushrooms.

Fry the vegetables with the cumin, salt and pepper for 2-3 minutes until softened and add the Tenderstem® broccoli to the pan.

Bring a small pot of water to the boil and add the egg noodles for 4-5 minutes until cooked. Transfer straight from the pot into the frying pan, bringing a small bit of the water with it.

Add the hoisin to the pan and toss to coat all ingredients. Add the chilli flakes and allow the stir fry to cook for a further 3-4 minutes until simmering and hoisin sauce thickened and coating all noodles and veg.

Serve with some fresh coriander and chopped scallions.
