Roasted Tenderstem® broccoli, Gorgonzola, caramelized walnuts and flank strips
Method

Braise Tenderstem® broccoli in the oven with olive oil balsamic vinegar and rosemary.

In a large pan, add some oil and cook you flank to your liking, rest and then slice in long strips.

Spread butter on the bread slices and place on a hot grill or cast iron pan until well toasted.

Top the bread with Gorgonzola, braised Tenderstem® broccoli ribs and slices of the well-rested flank and some chives.

Top with caramelized walnuts and serve with green salad.

Note:
Keep some of the walnuts whole and chop the rest adding them on top of the gorgonzola.
